Hi there! It has been awhile since I have felt like making a blog entry...life has been going very nicely for me this late winter and early spring!

Home decorating is definitely a big interest for me, I love changing my decor for each season and holiday! During the stay-at-home era of this pandemic we are experiencing,  the only places I really go to are my dollar stores, i.e. The Dollar Tree, Dollar General, 99 Cents Store, and occasionally, Hobby Lobby, Ross & Target...I find many good items to decorate with at each of these places ...although wearing a mask is something I do not like, I try to get through each store in about 20 minutes or so giving me the drive time in between each destination to enjoy life again without a mask on! I collected up items for St. Patrick’s Day and Easter/Spring and love going through my older items and getting rid of the things that no longer bring me joy and replacing them with new items and repurposing others or using items from other seasonal caches to crossover and decorate for a new season! It has been an inspiration to watch many of my Instagram and Facebook friends create and then gleen my own style from how they choose to decorate or put an item together...I love my home and am so grateful to be living the life I get to live here in it!

My real estate career is right where I like it right now as it is just busy enough and I am making really good money but do not have to put in too many hours each day for it...I like the different tasks I get to do such as computer work, telephone and texting conversations, scheduling appointments and then going out to show the homes or take a listing! It all goes very well with the way I enjoy my daily round here at my home! (I have been working from my home office here since the Summer of 2006...).

My husband and I spend time taking walks in different locations around our versatile area, we go to the Rotary Park along the Colorado River in Bullhead City, or we walk the riverwalk behind the Laughlin, Nevada Casinos, we also walk on the farmland just west of our home here on acreage...we ride our quads out on the farmlands too and also along the river! Sometimes we go to different subdivisions to walk around and look at the homes too!

My life runs much easier than it used to since I have learned to stay in the presenst moment when a perceived problem or situation arises...I stay in the ‘now’ and the ease of a solution always presents itself leaving me in a calm state of mind! Life is magical and the Universe is supporting me in all of my wants and dreams of the life I am imagining!

I always seek to feel good, happy, content, satisfied and joyful during my daily round in my life.

If the lower emotions of worry, fear, anger, or frustration flair up I return to the present moment where everything is always all right!

I am hoping my friends, family and the world at large are learning to live their lives in this way too for the good of all mankind! We are all contributors to this material world...keep your spirit alive by stirring up your dream pot, as my friend Sheri Salata says, and make happiness your guiding force!

Love the possibilities,

Well, the year 2020 is about to come to an end...I started this Blog some 11 years ago...I was not sure where I was going with it but I knew I enjoyed journaling and inspiring others with my living in the now moments!! I have lived every moment with reverence and grace since then and am still learning more and more about my life and myself...I have met many inspiring spirits along the way and my life has continued to be filled with such joy! This past year, which was absolutely unprecedented in our history,  has taught many of us many lessons and has awakened many of us collectively!

It infused us with having to slow down on purpose because we could not do otherwise...we could feel trapped or feel free, it is always our choice...we still had each and every moment to live with grace, to practice gratefulness, to trust life, to choose happiness as our priority!

My life did not change all that much through this pandemic and it's shelter in place suggestions...I really only missed being close to my granddaughters...I was so grateful to be able to communicate with my iPhone by texting, phone calls, FaceTime, Zoom & Google Duo...counting my blessings for all of the things I do have...the secret to having it all is believing you do!

Manifesting my life's dreams has begun to come easily for me through living in the now...believing in myself and by living the life I have imagined and going confidently in the direction of my dreams...thank you, Henry David Thoreau! Lol!

I want to learn how to promote this blog through my social media sites...I am liking learning about Instagram and how it works and still love my Facebook account and my Facebook Business Page too...Schwab Realty No Place Like Home...my real estate career is right where I want it at this time...slow and steady...thank you, thank you, thank you is what I say to the Universe daily!

It has been about a decade since I posted here last...it is never too late to create the life of your dreams!

I hope I am still inspired to post here regularly and figure out how more of you can read my words if you are inspired to do so...take care of your now, it is a gift that is why they call it the present moment!

Happy to be inspiring others with the NOW!

I got a few responses from friends and relatives looking at my blog, thanks everyone! Good to know this stuff is inspiring you! It's all really so simple...just get back to the present moment when you are fearful, angry, frustrated, etc...that's just your ego and all of it's grandiose plans, expectations, worried about what others think, etc...

Is everything okay with your present moment?

Then, there you go...simple.

If it's not okay, change it or...accept it...again, simple.

Take care of your now...
til next time!

Still living in the now...

Haven't posted for awhile, was caught up in the holiday spirit from Halloween til now...loving life and all that it brings...

Learning that so much universal intelligence comes from living in the moment and living it with passion!

Just a short entry to let you know I am still here...in the now...

til next time, take care of your now!

The Acronym "JAR"

Per Eckhart Tolle: This I have learned.

There are 3 'Non's' that we should go by:

1. Non-Judgement (No judging of others allowed, that's nobody's job!)

2. Non-Attachment (No getting attached to people, places or things, doesn't work...you will feel better should you lose someone, or something or have to move away!)

3. Non-Resistance (No resisting that which 'is'... if you can change it, by all means do so, if you can't, no resisting please, it just doesn't look good on you!)

Put all these little goodies in a JAR and try to remember them during your life's journey as the sweet treats that they are!

All We Have is All We Really Need

Everything really is okay if we accept the things we cannot change and just move along...enjoy the things we love...and exude enthusiasm for the passions in life...remaining in the 'is-ness' of the only moment we ever have which is this one-now.

Recently, in the news, several people have shown that succumbing to the impulses of the ego, only creates suffering for all involved. We are all human.

In addition, in recent days and months there are several people that have shown courage and grace in the face of adversity by staying in the moment and letting their spirit shine through to the rest of us in a way that is very reflective and shows meaning in the way we give and receive the gifts and talents that spirit has blessed us with.

Serenity, Courage and Wisdom.

Blessings to all.
